Dabeli Recipe
Instructions: 1. Heat ghee in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. 2. Add the mashed potatoes and fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add the onions, pomegranate seeds, red chill powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, peanuts, and salt. Fry for 3 minutes.
4. Add the sev and cilantro and fry for 2 minutes.
5. Toast the pav buns on a hot griddle.
6. Spread the potato mixture on the pav buns and serve.
7. Garnish with additional cilantro, sev, and peanuts. Enjoy!
You can also add an extra layer of flavor by adding some chopped green chilies or mint chutney to the potato mixture.
You can also add a few chopped tomatoes to the mixture if you would like to add a bit of crunchiness to the dabeli. You can serve the dabeli with some yogurt or tamarind chutney for an added touch of spice and flavor.
